Off the Grid!

I like to wake up to good things. I just feel like it sets the tone for my whole day. After a long night or a particularly trying yesterday..I like to check my email or my social networks and get bombarded with love from God. From God you say. Yes! From God! My inbox is full of daily devotions and spiritual life lessons and bible study. So are my social news feeds. 

And after a day or night of prayer..God never fails to fill my inbox and my news feeds with just what I need. Seriously..try it! It's like reading my bible. I can be just reading along and Bam..the Holy Spirit quickens my heart and says this one is just for you!

I said all that to say this. Most of my blog entries will be morning coffee ready..because I'm giving you what I want until I get to know you well enough to know what you need. Except on Wednesdays. Those will come with your afternoon cup of tea. Or Pepsi. Whatever your thing is. (I don't do tea and I'm trying not to do Pepsi!)

So. I'm off the technology grid from 7a-12p every Wednesday. No phone. No internet. No television. I turn the world off so I can hear from my Father more clearly. So. No coffee ready blog.

Unless you're like me and drink coffee all day every day...but that's a topic for a whole other day!
